The place is nice and clean. The room is quite big and the bed is comfortable. Other furniture is fairly to the place. If you have the car or bike, the place is great with that reasonable price.

Spacy room. Clean. Fully equipped coffee/Tea bar. Frige in the room. 2 bottles of drinking water/day

The open shower - there is no cabin around Not even an edge to hold bach the water

Comfortable rooms with all amenities.Reasonably quiet.Great buffet breakfast.10 minutes walk from station.

It would be good if staff could communicate a bit more in English.

The room is spacious and clean. The included breakfast is served with variety of tasty food. The best part is our room rate includes the parking fee at a nearby carpark. We will surely be back next time we are in Kaohsiung.

One of the room we booked doesn’t have the separate shower area inside the bathroom. It will be great if this can be improved.

Location is reasonably convenient with food , laundry and convenient store right on the corner .

The room was slightly damp, although hotel did provide a dehumidifier in the room. Not quite enough separation between the wet and dry area in the bathroom.

The room I stayed in was not as shown in the promotional pictures. The actual room differed in quality, which was disappointing. Please ensure that promotional images accurately represent the accommodations offered.

I appreciated the staff and the people at this property. They were incredibly nice, kind, and made me feel like part of a family. Their hospitality was the highlight of my stay.

Wouldn’t pick this location again

Hotel is old. A/C very noisy. Staff was nice and friendly. Location not convenient. Have to take taxi in and out. Far away from subway station.

very clean and everything is great! It’s a good hotel. they provide with some snacks and drinks everyday, and the breakfast is also great! The room and bathroom are big!

The room is spacious, the lobby has a water dispenser, coffee machine, massage chair, comfortable sofa area, free parking space, and service staff with a good attitude.

Only one room card is given, and it is not convenient for two people to go in and out. The counter staff said that we can ask them for another one.The small disadvantage is that the table in the room is a little damaged.

I like the breakfast. The parking was easy to park even though we had to pay by ourselves if we need to drive out and park again.

I thought it was near the river. But it was just the name.

The room is spacious especially the bathroom. There is essential stuffs place at the lobby free to take.

The room was dusty and the bathroom heater is not working properly. Although had feedback to the staff but it was not fix. There is mosquitoes that flew into the room and there’s more near the laundry area. It’s actually quite far from Kaohsiung main station around 10mins plus walk but close to the TRA around 5mins plus walk. The laundry machine is not as clean for some of them as they were old

The staff is fairly friendly.

The room was located near to elevator, two single bed to combine as one queen bed... Absolutely non sense, not to mention, I specify I want one big bed. not to mention about is the flea issue, which the staff tend to excuse as laundry liquid matter. Also, the payment comes up a big discrepancy as it showed from website.

Conveniently located with many food options around, and the neighborhood’s quiet. Breakfast buffet was surprisingly good!

I booked a deluxe room hoping to get a good soak in the hot tub. However the bathroom was crawling with small critters that attracted a large gecko. They’re cute and all, but not something that I’d want to come with the amenities. The hotel was packed so a room swap couldn’t happen. When asked to remove the large gecko, I was told it a Taiwanese custom forbids people from catching it (I’m Taiwanese and had never heard of this…neither did any of my local friends in the area…) Staff eventually came to check and then concluded that humans can’t see geckos unless they want to be seen.

The affordable price, the room cleanliness, clean mattress, front desks can understand english, free parking fee, has TV cable, breakfast has few selections but at least just ok for its price(vegs/taiwanese salad, bread/omelet/ham/mashed potatoes/milk/juice/coffee etc)

Dirty carpets at elevator and hallway, poor wifi connection, location far from restaurants and shopping areas but at least has 7/11 at its side

TBH, i didnt made any high expectations to this trip, because it always rainy day in Taipei, when I arrived in Kao Xiong, everything looks perfect shine for me, so thank u! im Grateful.
